Assuming He Gets His Referendum Of Exit From Brexit
How likely is remain to win considering all the rhetoric from the EU being about 'ever closer ties' etc.
There will always be die hard Remainers that will not accept that out will ever be right but for the others I wonder if they actually listen and understand?

No chance of another and after the way the EU beaurocrats have behaved I think the majority to Leave would be bigger. No-one in their right mind could imagine that we could retain the status quo now. We'd be forced to join the Euro as a condition of rejoining and to accept all the other horrors Junker announced this week.
Addressing the Parliament in response to Mr Juncker’s speech, Mr Nigel Farage said: “All I can say is, ‘Thank God we’re leaving’.”

When you say has 'only' to satisfy.....those 'onlys' are pretty rigorous.

Yes it was Cable I forgot to put the link on. Sorry.
I think the rhetoric of the EU of ever closer ties would have insidiously come about regardless of our veto. Given time we would have been stripped of what little veto power we had. The simple fact is that the EU and Junker in particular have had that goal (ever closer ties, strip member states of power etc) for some time.
Do the Europhiles still think staying is the best option?
With what we know now would the vote go to remain if done again?
I can't answer the first as I am a Brexiter but the second, I would hazard a guess at this time MORE people would vote leave.

Oh I suppose I just listen to what he says. It is a simple enough skill. I appreciate that people with different views hear the nuances of the spoken word differently but at some point it becomes so bleeding obvious no one can legitimately deny what has been said. Spin can only work so far.
They are thinking of stripping Poland of voting powers for not towing the line and at one point, can't remember exactly when, there was talk of 'down grading' UK influence because we kept vetoing things.
