It doesn't matter one jot if they were Asian, British Asian or just plain British. They used the term Asian to describe themselves. Therefore reporting as is should be enough. Mind you how can one trust the thought processes of someone who is saying they are not what they said therefore it doesn't count? It is the complete opposite to what was said?

Other than the council stating the pick up policy what else are they doing to counter this sort of harassment on bin men?

I thought it was the rule throughout the country not to take additional bin bags that aren't in the bins, except for Christmas. The binmen should have left them.

I wonder how "robust" Bradford Council's policy, regarding the abuse of staff trying to carry out Council duties, is? I would imagine that, like elsewhere, it is pretty hardline. Any speculation as to whether it will be in this case? You all just know the answer don't you? :((
