This man is absolutely correct. My daughter works for a famous retailer in an area heavily populated by immigrants. She is regularly abused and insulted by them but her complaints to management always lead to nothing. Yesterday she was putting stock into the medicine/ cosmetics aisle when an asian woman came up to her, prodded her in the shoulder and said;...

Quite agree, the feelings and concerns of the indigenous population of these isles are either ignored or prosecuted against, in this crazy quest for a multicultural, multiracial society.
Instead of banning far-right groups, the government of this country would be better to listen to the people's concerns, without being frighten of being accused racist, then I am sure that if they did, these Far-Right groups would disappear from the political spectrum.

I don’t think that you should be arrested for racist abuse, unless it’s directed at an individual, because in that instance it may cause alarm and/or distress.
If someone is making racist comments (eg. “I hate Asians / white people / black people”) then I don’t think that should be an arrestable offence.
However, in this case, I think Sainsbury’s really has to sack the fella. They don’t need to do much investigation (video evidence), and they don’t need to wait for the outcome of the police investigation. He was wearing his uniform so he’s bringing the company into disrepute.

I think the bloke on the tube should be arrested for causing harm/distress (thinking about context).
Some on here might be in a difficult position - thinking back to the white woman from last year who did the same (re: Asians), we had comments on here along the lines of, “But we don’t know what prompted her. We don’t know the full story”.
I remember that quite clearly.
