that's not so; Mugabe ruled pretty blamelessly for decades, his main crime being that Britain had backed someone else for the leadership during the independence process. The country has also suffered severely over many years from climate change, which could hardly be blamed on him either.

He's like any other dictator. However they might start out, they eventually become corrupt and tyrannical if there's no system or structure in place to ensure they're periodically removed. Trump would be the same if he had the chance.
