I think like all couples they will have good and bad times, whether the divorces in their families have anything to do with it or not, isn't for us to say, none of us (yes i am making that assumption) know them and know anything about their actual private lives).

I'm more interested in what you see the difficulties they will face as Megan is mixed race - I am, and the difficulties my parents faced back in late 70's early 80's britain was all from racists directed toward them, rather than between them as a couple

And that is all I am saying Mam, but there are some on here who believed the Prince will pick up his lovely bride on his horse and gallop off into the sunset to live happily ever after.

Well that is what they believe and I have no objection to that, it is just their dominant way that they aggressively attack me who is only trying to enlighten them to the realities of real life.

I think it's reasonable to point out that life lived as a royal couple brings a set of circumstances common only to that family, and no other, and I am perfectly sure that the royal couple will have discussed them at length, and be fully aware of what is in store on that front.

As far as family divorces, and Ms Marke's ethnicity, that is clearly only ever going to be a problem for other people, the majority of them complete strangers, and I am sure that couple will ignore them, as they should, and get on with being happy together.

Quite happy with all the 'overkill', love reading about them and looking at pics. and if that makes me a 'saddo' in some folks eyes, so be it ! It's definitely a love match which I think is wonderful ....

A fair and just response Andy, but I feel that I must question this:

Whilst I agree regarding it being a problem with other people, most of these issues are, but they can have an annoying habit of coming between couples, not forgetting that Ms Marke has been through a very short marriage before, their reason for divorcing, being due to his job and her's.

She as also been in show business and there is a nasty habit of certain matters coming out of the wood work in later years.

As for Ms Marke's ethnicity well how many times on here has one read remarks regarding 'Phil the Greek', coming from some who are now confessing that her ethnicity isn't a problem?

Not saying that all these things will turn out to be a problem for them, hopefully not, but one has to be realistic.
