what sort of progress do you want exactly? As long as people want sex and are prepared to pay for it, and others are prepared to sell it, there'll be a market for it. It isn't called the oldest profession for nothing.

The difficulty with making it legal, is that it won't stop underage kids getting involved, something that should concern us.
