Management have the foresight, expertise and skill to create an environment in which their services or products they are clever enough to provide allow workers to help deliver those products or services to help create wealth for the business owners, a salary for the managers and a wage for the workers.

They are all interdependent (although in reality it is easier to replace a worker than it is a business driver).

To suggest the workers are the sole wealth creators shows a staggering lack of anything even approaching any business nous.

Your thinking is of weapons grade naivety.

No I'm not - Steve Jobs and Wozniak may have been the visionaries, but its the management that have made Apple the powerhouse it is now through their business acumen.

There will be people who will point out the current Toys R Us woes as management incompetence, and they may be correct, but for every failed or failing business, I will give you 100 successful businesses where the management play a vital role in their continued success.

The workers are vital to any successful enterprise, but to suggest they are solely responsible for the creation of wealth is stupid in the extreme.

The entrepreneur who put them there may have taken huge gambles to achieve his/her success. Trump has been bankrupted more than once and had to fight back.

The issue I had was with OG essentially dismissing managers and crediting all the wealth creation with the 'workers'.
