That's a good point. It may be a good idea superficially to establish safe zones, but all zones should be safe. If the police are aware of areas where women are being harassed, they should swoop in, in large numbers to ensure public safety.

This isn't new. I started going to pubs about 30 years ago- and they always had some code if you asked.
