Khandro - no it's not the end of the rule of law in Germany. Far from it. It's the application of the law as it stands.
We have similar laws in the UK, so asking whether our split from the EU is a smart move doesn't make any sense, seeing as our own laws regarding hate speech will remain in place after Brexit.

Nope...the same thing happens on the AnswerBank. If you post something which violates the
Site Rules, that post will be removed. Facebook has rules which its members must follow.
Facebook doesn't have to wait for courts to rule on content.
The statement is stupid.
