Her remarks went like this ::::::"Ms Markle would "taint" the Royal Family, that she had a "tiny brain" and that black people were ugly"

Just what kind of context would those remarks have been acceptable then ?

Wishful thinking. As long as this chaotic shambles, posing as a serious political Party, continues to bumble along, it will make the headlines in the news, as well as on here.

If I were a UKIP Member or supporter, I would calling for Bolton's immediate resignation, as he has shown no evidence of being able to exercise any judgement whatsoever.

I agree with aog. It's like the abdication - "choose between your woman and your job". Edward VIII chose the woman he loved; Bolton chose his job.

Who would want to lead a party that assumes the right to choose his girlfriend for him? Who would want to be ruled by a man who lets it do so?

He has showed no judgement in this issue.

As a political Party Leader, he should have been aware that starting a relationship with a racist was going to get him into trouble. Whenever I have seen of heard him being interviewed, like this morning by Humphrys, he seems somewhat hapless.

He should go now and save his Party any more embarrassment.
