When you say 'presume', Mikey, do you mean 'change your position on mislabelling'?
Question Author
I use the word presume as this is nearly always the cause of mislabeling, and when it has happened in the past, it is always to the meat companies advantage to "mislabel"

Of course, it has been known to mislabel meat other than beef, as beef....another incidence where it is to the meat suppliers advantage to do so.
