She does not make laws, make decisions, or have the ability to change anything really. Above the law? What do you suppose she could get away with? This isn't the dark ages or the Middle Ages where no one knows anything unless the lord of the manner tells them.

She is a figurehead who works bloody hard for a pensioner that has almost her whole life on public display.

Any number of multi billionaires are more likely to be corrupt and above the law than she and the other royals are.

And just for good measure she just happens to have a different job to me and you. She couldn't do mine and I doubt I would want to do hers living in a gold fish bowl as she does.
