Errr... they never get it right. It appears that they get it deliberately wrong every time. The only praise suitable for the parole board is that they are consistent.
The good thing that has come out of this dreadful situation is the wholesale re-assessment of the Parole Board moving forward, which has to be a good thing for everyone involved.
