Is it me or do British women not know how to dress classy? Shoot me down if necessary.

For me they dress like tarts and behave like lager louts.

But, nowadays that is equality and they are, specific event dress codes not withstanding, allowed to. And let's be honest it is more or less the norm nowadays.

When I was young it was cheesecloth gypsy tops and flares. Now it is as little as possible and if, god forbid, you have to cover up you flash it at every opportunity.

In the very first picture, the girl on the extreme left has a lovely dress but I don't like her shoes.
Agree, Ellie, and the lady in the black & white dress.

What lets them down is having their boobs hanging out and squeezing into dresses unsuited to their figures.

On what basis do you come to that conclusion, cassa?
Photographers asking some to kick up their legs like can
can dancers doesn't work in any outfit.
And I am sure cassa that your parents complained about your dress when you were younger!
I have been lucky enough to go to most of the top sporting events through work, but I have witnessed some appalling behaviour. Someone was sick in our box at Ascot, there was a punch up in our lunch tent once at Lords. Needless to say, all caused by people who couldn’t handle their drink. I do think that Britain is heading towards a classless society, but sadly I mean that in the sense of lacking class.
Everybody's entitled to a break from Iceland and the bingo.

They're only living up to the ideal as portrayed in that style bible, Viz.

Lordy!
Honestly does it matter?

They are having fun so leave them alone.
Fair play, YMB.
Whatever the outfits cost the result is cheap.
I agree N. Some people obviously have no mirrors.
Maybe the newspapers only show the worst examples.
I thought they looked OK actually
er
yes I live in manchester
I mean there was one time when it was hot ( AOG didnt miss one jot or one ... um.... tittle of this when it occurred) and all their clothes fell off ! [thanks to Kenny Everett]

Photos and breasters all mixed up in the tabloids -
and outraged squawks from the usual suspects ....
Oh, and it's not just the Brits. Ever been to the Melbourne Cup?
Oh Ladies - come up and have fun in Manchester or Liverpool ( aka The 'pule )

you can noisily throw up in a waste can
and no one will point and disapprove and photo it
because they are all doing it depending on the time.
//But would she have you sqad? Anyway, she might be a lesbian.
Sqad LOL....I know! Iknow! ^^ //

but at least now you would know how to address her ....
I remember trying to get onto a flight from Melbourne to Brisbane on a stand by ticket. I phoned the airline and asked what my chances were. I was told "Don't worry, you will get on the flight because it is the morning after the Melbourne Cup and most of the passengers will have been so *** the night before that they won't turn up for the flight" They were right - the plane which had been fully booked was half empty.
Fair dinkum
^it was for me as I got there for about twenty quid :)
