I would say it is a very well thought out and pragmatic solution. It has been obvious for some time that the Police have lost all control over the streets of London, and encouraged by Khan there is liable to be bloodshed and a bit of shopping with violence carried out by the usual nut jobs. Chequers or Windsor Palace would be much more business like and easier to manage. Perhaps they will instead hold a "protest" about not being allowed to ...................protest.
