before .... it didnt

Mandarins are very sensitive to jibes such as these
esp rewards for failure

trouble is the mandarins are demanding lucky recipients 'earn' their sirships
by devoted adherence to govt policy against all other reasons

and so we from below see the knights to be are toadies placemen and time servers

Trumps underlings are running scared as they
dont know what the policy is on any day
or if there is any, on that day
