Obivously the balloon is news but the fact that there would be protests certainly isn't. It looks very much like he's avoiding them.

Of course his trip wont be too close to protests, the USA have lost presidents in the past to assassination neither they or the British secret service want that to happen on UK soil and given the number of terrorists running freely about in the country security must be high.

His itinerary is now available, if people can be bothered to travel to protest then why don't they do that?
