I’d really like to know Trumps stance on this and whether he’s going to throw his whole presidential night behind this to //brink him home to justice//
Because District judge Kenneth Grant threw out the American extradition request at Westminster Magistrates’ Court last year after ruling that Dempsey’s conduct ‘did not amount to an extraditable offence’.

It’s being appealed so maybe so other person who’s job it is to uphold the law will see it differently and you’ll get your wish.

Is this another case of you not reading the article?
As far as I can tell, Islamic Front are not on the Home Office’s list of a proscribed terrorist groups. So being a member of them is not illegal.

He was in Syria fighting Assad. The British and US military were also fighting Assad. It doesn’t therefore follow that he has committed ant crime.

He is in effect a political refugee. He does not want to return to the US because he will be prosecuted. The British have a tradition of accepting the persecuted and giving them sanctuary.
Ant Crime ;-) please read as any

That's okay then Gromit, he was fighting for us then, while belonging to Al Qaeda's ally Islamic Front.

Strange that Islamic Front isn't a banned group, yet Britain First is.
I’m slightly more concerned how, after twice landing in Rome and being ‘interviewed’ by the FBI, he made it to Britain. Anyone know?
Is Britain First the group that murdered the female politician?
What us your problem with Britain First being banned?

Do you support their aims and actions taken in furtherance of those beliefs?
Are you a member of //Britain first// by any chance op?
My mistake, it's National Action that's the proscribefld group. ANOTHEOLDGIT, did you mean NA rather than BF?

If so, my question applies still.

Not a member or even a supporter, but it seems strange that some would rather blame Britain First or even National Action, rather that Al Qaeda.

Says more about them, than it can ever about me.
Why should NA not be proscribed?
AOG - From your link - "District judge Kenneth Grant threw out the American extradition request at Westminster Magistrates’ Court last year after ruling that Dempsey’s conduct ‘did not amount to an extraditable offence’."

Perhaps if you read your link first, you'd find the answer to your question, and not need to ask anyone else.
I already pointed that out, Andy. But you’ll probably get a better response! ;-)
Depends on your definition of 'better'!!!
‘One at all’ ?
Fair point - but it looks as though AOG has a few other contentious observations to deal with before he gets to yours - or indeed mine.

Perhaps you should read the link because an appeal is pending, so I was asking the question "Why Should We Keep Him In Our Country"?

Isn't that what AnswerBank is all about, even if you Islamic supporters don't like it.
You’d have to define ‘we’ for us to answer that accurately, AOG.
And define Islamic supporters.
