It's suited the extreme left to shout 'racist' at everyone that wanted to discuss immigration, brexit, or islamist terrorism in the past, and now the same card is being played against them.
I have no sympathy for the mess they find themselves in. They need to sort themselves out.

//Unlike the cards they've been playing, the card being played against them is justified. //
It goes without saying that there is indeed anti-Semitism in the Labour party, just as it also goes without saying that some of the people that want to discuss immigration, Brexit and Islamist terrorism are indeed racists.

As Steg interestingly put it at 10.09, the Jews got their "caliphate" decades ago. Any idea how they managed that, TTT etc? Have a look here for just a taste of the methodology: https:/ /en.wik ipedia. org/wik i/King_ David_H otel_bo mbing
I don’t think Corbyn is anti Semitic Tora. The point about him is that he is incapable of seeing the harm that anti-Jewish sentiment is doing to the party. That comes of bring ideologically hidebound to certain beliefs - foremost of which is that Israel is bad and Palestine is good, which means that every time someone comes out with disgraceful attacks on Jewish people he thinks he has to go easy on them. Even John McDonnell is having a go at him now.
ich "I don’t think Corbyn is anti Semitic Tora. " - have a day off, he's a well published supporter of hamas, Hezbollah etc, he's also anti British by a mile, has spoken in support of the IRA for example. All round nasty, I cannot comprehend how he made leadership of the party but I do fear for their traditional supporters who may well be expecting something in the horrific even he makes no 10.

since Venezuela is the economic and social model aspired to by Mr Corbyn and his supporters, here's a snapshot of what can be expected under a Corbyn/Abbott/McDonnel/Milne administration...

I should say before I start this post that I am reporting what other people are saying and do not endorse any of the arguments below whatsoever.

"Interesting many posters choose to focus on the Jews rather than the ludicrous accusation supporters of The Donald 'did it'."
Ich did dismiss it out of hand, to be fair, but I suspect that there are two reasons it wasn't commented on: firstly, the current crisis in the Labour party is primarily about the anti-Semitic aspect, and secondly, what even could Willsman possibly have meant by it? I was scratching my head about that all day.
Anyway, now I have the answer: Trump has been implicated, either directly or indirectly, in the sort of Zionist conspiracy theories that really whip up these sort of nutters. For example, there's this article, describing Trump as Israel's "useful idiot":
// The Israelis have found the new administration in Washington to be what Lenin once described as a “useful idiot,” prepared to support whatever Netanyahu proposes while at the same time so clueless that the Israeli government can freely and openly simultaneously cut deals with Moscow... //

or this smaller one, also arguing that Trump's agreements with Putin serve to help Israel:

I suspect I've barely scratched the surface, but yeah -- I think it's pretty obvious that Trump is pro-Israeli, in line with typical US policy for the majority of the last 60+ years; but these conspiracy theorists go much, much further.
No wonder Trump got dragged into this. He should not have been. It's ridiculous.

yes steg, you did say union flag but the union flag has several major components, one of which is the Scottish saltire. I am surprised you have such little regard for your national flag.
