No, the major crime is multi-national companies who do not give a sh/t about their (none) employees, and the dangers they pose to other road users.
They are paid a pittance, and have to get from A to B in the quickest time, taking stupid risk to acieve that.
The Tech giants running this operation, thousands of miles away are laughing all the way to the bank, avoiding their fair share of local taxes into the bargain.
