There is no amalgamation of cultures whatsoever.

No one can ever agree on what is meant by multiculturalism : whether it means ‘different cultures could existing more or less well’: ‘cultural apartheid’ or ‘everything mixed up together.
It tends to be used as a buzzword by some hinting that we’re all on the road to losing our identity and usually it all ends in a shouting match :-)

Well ITV are not going to show ethnics in a bad light are they, take a look at most of TV series it is mainly the Black guy that is the good guy.

That is the problem, it is mainly culture, if one mentions race then the race card is played.
It is all down to their inbred culture, or if you like the ways of their ancestral homelands.
How they act in The Caribbean, on the continent of Africa or in Sub-Continent India, is far from what we class as our English culture and heritage.
