Normally a murder is committed and the police will pull out all stops for days, months and years ahead, in their quest to catch the killer.

I take that back naomi, I am wrong, according to this report there are many charged with the murders, looks like the Law courts are going to be very busy in the New Year.

I did not say that the police are not bothered in catching them.

What I was questioning that one doesn't not see many reports of them catching the killers, charging them and reports of their trials.

In London, the elected Mayor – Sadiq Khan, is the equivalent of the Police and Crime Commissioner and is responsible for the totality of policing in the capital (outside of the City of London).
