Meanwhile in the real World, Nigel is going to ride to the rescue.
//MEP Nigel Farage, Labour MP Kate Hoey, and Conservative former Brexit Secretary David Davis launched the “rebirth of the People’s Army” to stop the “betrayal” of Brexit.
Organised as part of Leave Means Leave’s Save Brexit Campaign, the ‘Stop Brexit Betrayal’ rally in Bolton on Saturday afternoon saw the three Brexiteer heavyweights barnstorm for support of a clean Brexit with a free trade deal over Prime Minister Theresa May’s Chequers plan.
Appearing for the first time on stage as part of a political campaign since June 2016’s referendum vote, Mr Farage explained that the group would start to counter the Remain camp’s negative “lobbying and campaigning”, saying: “We will explain that a free trade deal is possible if that is what the gangsters in Brussels want and if they don’t that is fine.
“If they don’t, we will leave with no deal and far from being a cliff edge — no deal, no problem. We will be an independent country. That is what matters,” he told the crowd of 2,000 and the some 63,000 who streamed the event live from Facebook.//
Now that is worth taking note of. Not some petulant hissy fit by a couple of non entities North of nowhere.

Their hearing, if there is one, will be long after Brexit has happened.
They even have a cartoon against themselves about how slow procedures are in the court building itself. There are people camping on the river-bank outside who have been there for a ages awaiting a result.
I'll be over there again next week.

I haven't read it recently but I don't think A50 itself provides for a withdrawal notice being reversed. But many laws don't cover specifics (for example, here is no law saying that drivers should drive on the left). That's where courts come in. They must interpret laws when specifics are not covered by the statute. Of course the ECJ may well rule that A50 is reversible. That doesn't mean the Westminster Parliament (who invoked A50 on the UK's behalf) would wish to reverse it.
N.J. Off piste I know, but your assertion; "But many laws don't cover specifics (for example, here is no law saying that drivers should drive on the left)."
It is interesting and significant that the Highway code in reference to driving on the left, uses the word 'should';
Rule 264. You should always drive in the left-hand lane when the road ahead is clear
'Any rule [in the highway code] using wording like "MUST" or "MUST NOT" is supported by a law, which will usually be referenced at the bottom of the sub-section.
Road users who ignore these guidelines could find themselves slapped with numerous traffic offences including careless or dangerous driving, and be prosecuted under the laws they are associated with.
Guidelines in the Code using the words "should" or "should not" act as advice, and don't have legal weighting behind them.
But these sections can still be used as supporting evidence in court.'
