2) decent IT services and checking programs - compare facebook this week
3) whatever they took - telling users probably
4) for each step in 3 say what success there was and whether it worked ( 5 as well)
6) depends on (1) and decent IT - possibly drag in the impossibility of perfect checking programs ( Halting problem) and therefore of perfect programs
