Two women and two children, one of the children still strapped to the mothers back frogmarched out to the edge of town and shot 22 times.

Cameroon government initially said it was fake but after investigative journalism have arrested 7 soldiers but tellingly still have not admitted anything yet.

That's so awful, but the whole area has been descending towards civil war so hardly surprising, utterly dreadful though.
Watched it last night.
Amazing at how they were able to pinpoint exactly where & when it took place.

Very disturbing though, but nothing new for Africa.
Chill
The very people who commit these atrocities are probably the same who rock up on their rubber dinghys and claim they are the victims of some tribal war.We allow them asylum. How utterly sad is that?
Or probably not retrocop- does everything have to descend into a tedious rehash of how much you hate immigrants?
Not at all but if you were old enough you might recall ISIS coming ashore with other refugees in their dinghys. Those who prayed (Christian) when the seas got choppy were identified by the insurgents and thrown overboard to drown.Whilst you enjoy safe haven with your Man in Coca Cola land are you happy that murderers might rock up in our Country?
Kvalidar,

or probably..

...and here comes the ( general, all purpose, one size fits all, giant economy sized) Muslim bashing.
At least it'll keep the sweeping racism company eh?
'If you were old enough'- is that really all you've got? In which case I hope you never have an opinion on anything that happened say pre-1930 because you can't possibly know what you're on about can you? We can apparently officially only discuss, with any merit, things which happened during our (adult presumably? ) lifetimes. so that anything pre 1910 off the books for us all. Ridiculous.
As for the snide anti-american comment (one in a bit of a long line now), I won't be in a 'safe haven of cocacola land' with my man all the time thanks. Our children will have dual US and UK nationality, I will still own property, land and businesses here and my family will still live here, so why exactly would you think I wouldn't care what happens here?
One of the thing that makes the UK such a great country is our sense of right and wrong, although on AB that seems to be tragically lacking in some.

Sorry kvalidir to disappoint you. I am from immigrant stock. My family are from Germany. My surname is German. Hope that you will not hold that against me when you bring up the 1930s and your family background. My German family have served this country well. We were not Nazi butchers seeking asylum here. Those described in the OP are more than likely to end up here having butchered innocent women and children. I do not wish our government to let these enter my country. Do you?
Muslim's aren't a race..^
That was to Kvalidir ^

Back on track. Do you know why these people are being ruthlessly slaughtered . Is it a political or tribal dispute? The link doesn't make it that clear at all. Was there an attempted coup?
Its a separatist rebellion they are on the brink of civil war. French speakers and English speakers bashing it out for control.

I believe the 2 women were accused by the soldiers of being attached somehow to Boko Haram, who need no introduction.
Such killings are always regrettable but the manner is typically African. They do tend to terminate one another with extreme prejudice.
They do indeed, in fact by some African massacre standards it seems somewhat restrained.
