The authorities hopefully will find the cause of this devastating tragedy.
Drunk or drugged driver? Mechanical failure? Third party criminal action?
So awfully sad and beyond words.

(It's the second Monday of October in Canada)

Read that online this morning. An utter tragedy, all passengers dead plus two pedestrians. The surviving relatives , I cannot begin to understand how they are coping, if at all.

The authorities are setting up a cease and desist order against the limo company. Apparently the vehicle failed recent safety tests and the driver didn't have the correct licence to drive it.
