My father was always fit and healthy ,drank very little, never smoked ate healthily and died of throat cancer age 74. My mother did no exercise, lived on a cocktail of Valium and dry sherry throughout my childhood and stuffs her face with suet pastry, pies and crisps and is around 5 stone overweight. She's 86 still alive. I think if you are going to get something its in your genes and lifestyle has just a small part to play in the plan.
If I'd known I was going to live so long I'd have taken better care of myself (86 and a half ) ps - the old jokes are the best apart from being the only ones I know.
I switched to Weetabix from Rice Krispies a few years ago. I thought the Weetabix tasted too sweet and switched to Asda's own, only to find out that they're made in the same Factory!
That leave me galloping the wrong up Diarrhoea Drive!
