Please don't patronise me - I have never suggested anything other than that Solider Rigby was murdered.
Keeping the notion that I am an Islamist apologist inside your own febrile imagination where it belongs, and not out here where it clutters up debate, would be far better for everyone concerned.

Fortunately, our legal system is more inclined towards investigation into situations before simply deciding that an individual is a 'mad dog' to be 'put down' as you so colourfully put it.

It is no notion of mine, neither have I accused you of being a Islamic apologist, but I must admit on every Islamic/Muslim post you take defensive action on behalf of them, but if I am wrong please provide proof that you are not.
And please don't speak for "everyone concerned" because there are many fellow ABers who know of your pro Islamic/Muslim approach.

I do not have a 'pro Islamic/ Muslim approach' to anything.
What I do have is the willingness to challenge the casual racial and religious media-fed stereotyping and prejudice that goes on here on a daily basis.
But that has nothing to do with the fact that target is almost always tiresomely Islam - I would challenge in exactly the same way against any social or ethnic group who are pilloried by lazy stereotyping bigots.

I hope not. I know that MANY innocent people have been convicted of murder , often on supposedly strong evidence. Then the 'strong evidence' gets overturned sometimes many years later. The notorious Hanratty case comes to mind. The Death Sentence DOES NOT deter murder. Very many murderers have said as much.
I think the USA for one is proof that the death penalty is no deterrent to murder. The other argument for it is that it is a “just” punishment.
Having a referendum on the matter is a daft idea and it will never happen. Quite apart from anything else can you imagine someone instigating a mass killing or killings to try to sway the debate mid-campaign? I certainly can.

Since most of those threads or posts refer to the Pakistani child grooming gangs and the black on black killings, I and I am sure others take very much offence at you labelling those who show concern over their actions, "lazy stereotyping bigots".
But then name calling is the usual weapon used by liberal lefties in their efforts to try and cover up uncomfortable truths.

By far more often than not Muslims are criticised for having done something utterly objectionable. Therefore those who criticise them are not lazy stereotyping bigots. Their criticism is absolutely justified. It’s just a pity there isn’t more of it about. Anything less could be considered ‘enabling.

The Balcombe st gang did do terrorism - but ALL the remainder were let out. M5, Guildford, B'ham,
The police - well they did it really - and the judges - the longer than this appeal has gone on the more convinced....were unrepentant
Judge Taylor excusing himself with - if the police choose to lie to me there is nothing I can do about it ....
