Pretty much every post pronouncing him guilty of spying has been made t-i-c in sarcasm aimed at the UAE, but it appears you’ve missed that.
Or do you seriously believe the ABers actually concur with the court and applaud the sentence?
It’s patently obvious he’s not a spy or has been engaged in espionage.
He is guilty though of naivety, gullibility and pure idiocy in the current climate, though those three faults aren’t currently on the statute book.
