Can any remainers justify Theresa May's (aka Oliver Robbins') flagrant surrender of everything the British have fought and died for;

OK ZM, as you wish:

I voted leave because I’m sick of the EU interfering in our lives because they have made us a vassal state and cash cow to fund their socialist dream of a federal USE under the control of a few unelected dictators.

The restoration of our sovereignty will allow us to administer our own affairs for good or bad which we couldn’t do because of EU continually undermining and thwarting our own institutions and elected governement.

Our returned independence will allow us to control immigration better because we will be able to take the required measures as we see fit unencumbered by EUSSR interference, previously prevented by the EUSSR law on this overriding our own.

how's that?
wow I must have finally got through to ZM!
or he is sensible and gone to ground, bed.

Zacs. The first, foremost duty of any government, is to protect its citizens, the only way to do this is to have well equipped and well funded army, navy and air forces of which the state has complete autonomy.
Do you agree or disagree?
Make way....Lemmings coming through. We deserve this mess for tolerating such people to lead us.
Sounds awful, but without experience of the areas discussed it's difficult to know who to believe. We should never pass our military over to another group as every nation needs control of it's own. Agreements of support are fine as it will be known it isn't unconditional, passing control is definitely out.
I'm not sure why this question is directed at remainers. This whole shower is even further still from what remainers voted for than what you (presumably) voted for, K.
Another reason to get rid of this dictatorial woman.

Kromo; //I'm not sure why this question is directed at remainers.... //

Because if you remain, you hand over the defences of your realm to un elected bureaucrats in Brussels - simple!
Hitler and Napoleon would have wet themselves for such a chance.
emmie: "or he is sensible and gone to ground, bed. " - I was referring to the fact that he had not answered the 23:22 post where I had filled in his proforma. I had a bit of a bad night with a cold etc so I was up at 4am ish and I expected to see another of his jelly to the wall responses so felt moved to comment when that was absent.
sorry, but i was up very early and posted on this without reading through all the posts, i have now done so.
we don't want a combined army, nor do we want what we have had for years that is to be told what to do and when to do it, time for a change. Heaven forfend if Corbyn gets in, but Mrs May is a disaster for our country
The Tories will pay dearly for Treason May.

I fully expect labour to be in power for the next 20 or so years or maybe even longer unless a viable contender comes forward. Not that is matters since the EUSSR will be our rulers now anyway.

Hope the remainers are happy.
Well, we aren't. Why would we be?
I did indeed hit the hay.

I'm a bit disenchanted with this site ATM so I'm only popping in now and again.

In response to Tora's courteous attempt at filling in the blanks (please excuse the caps - it was the only way i could think to demonstrate my conter argument....I'm not shouting/angry):

I voted leave because I’m sick of the EU interfering in our lives (HOW?) because they have made us a vassal state and cash cow to fund their socialist dream of a federal USE under the control of a few unelected dictators. HOW DOES THE CONTROL MANIFEST ITSELF?

The restoration of our sovereignty will allow us to administer our own affairs (WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?) for good or bad which we couldn’t do because of EU continually undermining and thwarting our own institutions and elected governement (UNDERMINING, HOW?).

Our returned independence will allow us to control immigration better because we will be able to take the required measures (WJAT ARE 'THE REQUIRED MEASURES'?)as we see fit unencumbered by EUSSR interference, previously prevented by the EUSSR law (WHAT EU LAW?) on this overriding our own.

I'm sorry but your answers are 'wooly' at best.
Remainers by definition voted for the status quo as of May 2016.

So no, I think I can speak for fellow Remainers when I say we're not happy.
YMB: "Hope the remainers are happy. " - they are, they have managed to thwart the democratic will of the majority and turn Brexit into Brino.
There goes that "they" again.

You voted for this. You voted for us to leave, and wanted us to initiate A50 with zero preparation. The 16 million people who voted against this ever happening are just as despairing now as they have been since June 24th, 2016. Take some responsibility for your decisions.
gawd help us ZM has awoken, get the nails and jelly someone, here we go again!
^^^^Which was always a distinct possibility given a majoritarily Pro EU Govt.
