Regarding 'dangerous driving', I can offer a personal experience that was similar to what happened near Sandringham. I was driving around a small roundabout, and was about to leave the roundabout, when my car was hit on the left side by a driver who did not give way. I, like one of the ladies in the Sandringham accident, sustained a broken wrist. My car was not turned over, but it was off the road for 9 weeks. The police were called, and agreed that the other driver was in the wrong. I asked my insurance company to let me know if the other driver was prosecuted for a driving offence, but I heard nothing about that. It could happen - with the Sandringham accident - that nobody is prosecuted, despite the serious appearance of the incident.
