Isn't the Italy/Poland axis going to sort those two out ?
Why the need for a Friendship Treaty when they are both in the same club?
yep, when i voted remain i knew this exact thing would happen, so on behalf of everyone who voted remain... I'm sorry.
Remainers wouldn't ever read never mind believe anythin in the Daily Mail.g
If I had to choose between worrying about that and the economic issues that our departure from the EU would cause : No Contest
I voted remain and I stand firm by my decision. What the Daily Moan says is totally irrelevant to me.
Diddly that’s a rather sweeping statement to lay on pretty much half the uk voters
No, of course not but that's a loaded question, like so many from the Brexit crowd.

The equivalent question being "Laavers, do you always quit when things don't go entirely your own way ?"

You may find out the answer to that very soon.
makes more sense to fight alongside your neighbours than against them - Britain's never really recovered from the last two European wars.
One quits continuing down a path leading the wrong way for decades. Then it's not so much a quit as a correction.

Hardly an equivalent question though. One can see what staying will impose, a sight more concerning than merely not getting one's own way, even in an area where decisions should be one's own alone.

So you think we should have fought alongside Hitler then?

Who is quitting?

Certainly no one on here.

I understood we were talking about now, I forgot how many people are still living in 1945.
Lol
People have been claiming that a European army has been coming for as long as I can remember. It's project fear I tell you...

Joking. Even if a European army is just around the corner (as it has allegedly been for years), I can't honestly say that this scares me particularly. Our defense policy is already largely subordinate to the USA on everything that matters and has for obvious reasons been for all the time I've been alive.

And what's the alternative? As I've said before, I'm really not convinced by the idea that the UK can suddenly strike out in the modern world and be a wheeling-and-dealing 100% independent country while still remaining prosperous and stable to the degree that it was three years ago.
I don’t support a European army, but it seems a particularly daft reason for not wanting to be in the EU. If anything it’s another reason for staying in. Best keep in with them ;-)
It does seem a bit pointless when they've said that they want this to be part of the NATO alliance and just about all the relevant prospective members are in NATO anyway. Perhaps I'm speaking from ignorance here but I really can't see what difference it would make.
I'd be interested to know what language they will be speaking?
