"He felt "vegans were forcing their beliefs on to him", she added." He aint wrong. Imagine someone going around and trying to force you to believe in their god... Oh wait...
Look Spath, it would have been the same if I'd have gone in and the guy had said ' I think anyone with an american husband should be punched' or my Dad and they said ' All Irish people should be punched' or my grandmother and ' all old ladies should be punched'- it's not WHAT he said specifically, it was the fact that he was unprofessional, so yeah being Vegan WAS IRRELEVANT.
I don't think compensation makes anything better, however companies do it to keep customers and send out a message they care - perhaps not much more other than an already given apology they can do.
Well it doesn't Naomi per se, but if i give my custom t an organisation, any organisation, I do so with the expectation of a certain level of customer care and when that falls short it's right they should kiss my big old white behind imho :) x
Spath, are you feeling alright, you're just honestly being tunnel visioned and nuts about a few things lately, including this, accusing anyone who doesn't agree with you of being 'hysterical', 'argumentative' or various other crazy things. We're not, we just can see that you're wrong.
I detest the compensation culture. Everyone seems to jump on that bandwagon in the hope of making a few bob. Unless people are financially disadvantaged by an incident, money doesn't solve anything. An apology is fine .... in my opinion.
I don't think this Bank is alone in jumping on the compensation train, when I have complained about goods and services I have always got more than just the cost of a refund. They simply don't want you haring off to their competitors.
Capital letter to stress a point, (rather than italics which don't work on this for some reason), nothing hysterical about that and yes you had a go at Rockrose too
//RR you need to calm down lol//
You have an issue with anyone (particularly women) who disagree with you, but frankly that's just tough because in this instance you are either deliberately ignoring the obvious on purpose or just being argumentative.
