I am very pleased that the odious Hatton has been rejected by the Labour Party again.
Not too pleased it has been done on trumped up charges of anti-semitism.
His comment was not at all anti-semitic, so it makes me wonder if all the other anti semitism accusations against Labour are equally as dubious.

Last time I saw Hatton he was yelling at Kinnock from the back of the conference hall.
He’s in his seventies now: maybe he’s mellowed :-)
I remember tho reading an article about him tho and what he’d been going with his life. I think you can tell a lot about a politician by their hair ,-) He had that dodgy perm like thing which suggested a man obsessed with his own image but maybe I’m doing him a desservice. The manner of his suspension is laughable: suddenly a tweet from seven years ago turns up which compared to the ranting of (the nominally Jewish) Dr Alex “Zionist lizards are taking over the world” Scott-Samuel, current chair of Wavertree CLP, seems positively enlightened.
