I'm not offended by the comments, i'm not even surprised, if anything i'm exhausted by them.

West Yorkshire police have successfully prosecuted many groomers.
I assume diversity champions is about employment opportunities for the local community.
Anyone offended by this award are part of the problem.

Gromit, I'm not offended by it - I'm sickened by it - and that doesn't make me part of the problem because had it been within my power to do the job they should have been doing, I'd have done it - and so would anyone else who had a smidgeon of the notion of right and wrong.

Albeit reluctantly, after years of covering it up and instead prosecuting the people who tried to reveal the vile culture of rape and sexual abuse of children.

Te award is for West Yorkshire Police’s employment record, not its criminal policing record.

If you are objecting to the award, you are objecting to muslims joining the police.
