// Lawyers representing a Syrian boy who was attacked at school have served a legal letter at Tommy Robinson’s home in an attempt to sue him for defamation.

The anti-Islam activist posted a series of videos and Facebook posts about the incident in October.

The suspect, a 16-year-old boy, has been summonsed to court for alleged assault.

The teenager had shared numerous posts from Mr Robinson’s Facebook account in the months before the incident, as well as from Britain First and other far-right accounts. //

One of the drawbacks of accepting £millions in donations from gullible far right but jobs, he is now worth suing.

Because the story has been going on for a while and i saw what tommy said about the boy in videos online, so not i'm not a whitness, i just know what we're talking about.. Don't you?
'erb.
Yes Tommy Robinson wears a suit: that’s his public image.
There was a maverick Ulster Unionist MP called Bob McCartney who was always deeply sceptical of the Protestant paramilitaries and their ceasefires. In a memorable phrase (he didn’t have too many of those, to be fair) he called them “designer thugs on sabbatical”. I think of that whenever I cop a load of Mr Armani on some photo. In his case tho, scrub the last two words.
Tommy R defamed a 16 year old child online with slander and lies to get a group or the populate to dislike him / hate him / want action

This kid was at school, tommy was talking about him at school. A school child. Vile. Absoloutly vile. Anyone who defends the monster needs to assess this situation again.
So he is solely, partly or fully to blame then?

Just bearing in mind that Britain First and other far-right groups have allegedly shared posts.

Is TR responsible for sharing a post(s) that means he must take accountability for what subsequently occurred?
Fully.
He didn't just share posts. He created multiple videos full of lies defamatory for this school child
> He created multiple videos full of lies defamatory for this school child

How does this equate to making TR fully responsible?
Fully responsible for what?

Do you not think the Lawers representing the syrian boy would sue TR if he wasn't responsible?

A boy was attacked because TR made videos, with words coming from TRs mouth to his massive audience of known hooligans calling for an attack (basically) on this boy.

So yes i bloody think he's responsible even if partly it doesn't change the fact at all how can you justify this man or even pettly argue for him?

He lied saying this boy did things he never did, called for violence on the boy and the situation, the boy got attacked. 1+1=2 das quick maths
Spath,if I post videos calling for someone to be attacked and you pick up the baton, would you not consider yourself in any way responsible for your actions?
Tommy robinson has been to prison multiple times been banned from social media for hate crimes all because he's a composed, sensible man...

LOL yeah right think his history speaks for himself criminal supporters
Ag no because i'm not a deluded hooligan who is part of a extreme right group.
I was the one defending the boy, calling out tommy people stuck up for tommy those people are the scum who get brainwashed into following this ape and supporting his ideologies not just with thought and voice but whit physical actions
> Do you not think the Lawers representing the syrian boy would sue TR if he wasn't responsible?

They are suing as they believe they have a case worth pursuing.A judge will balance their side with that of TR's.
Seems i was right to stick up for him because 99% of what tommy said about his was a big fat lie. Didn't stop the boy getting assaulted though.

Are we saying this boy isn't a victim?
Sorry boy is a bit gender specific lets be more real. "School Child".
> So yes i bloody think he's responsible even if partly...

He can only either be partly or fully responsible in your book Spath,he can't be both.
Did TR influence these youths?

Not much of a report is it...must have been a very minor incident?

agchristie you're being overly pedantic i think when it comes to a crime responsibility is that regardless if it's fully or partly.
Especially when it comes to safeguarding children i can't believe it's going over peoples heads that this was a school child, the kind who wore a uniform jhee
