All those interested in being a success, not simply accumulating wealth out of greed and obsession, will still get involved as otherwise they fail to do what they want with their life. One had no problem deciding on a minimum wage so should have no problem defining a maximum one. People daft enough to go abroad will find they have competition there; no "plan b" necessary, those who opt to go will be replaced by those with greater moral integrity.
