We've had two border collies (one after the other) - both from animal sanctuaries - and both were fantastic dogs. We had to teach the second one to bark because he was silent for weeks, no matter what happened.

I love dogs but I am currently sitting here being bullied by a moggie. I was thinking that he would put his needs before the needs of any other being in the world.
