A bit ambitious if you ask me. For starters are there enough craftsmen available to do the work?
And despite what people are saying about 'we have machines now' yes we do for lifting but all other work has to be done in the same manner as it was before, or it is not restoration.
I'd reckon 15-20 before fully complete. Maybe 'open' in 5.

I agree mushroom, unfortunately some just cannot resist the cheap jibe however inappropiate it may be.
As I understand it the building had one of those 3D imaging plans done on it so htey should be ok for 'plans'.
I doubt very much it will be done in modern fashions, that would ruin the look totally. Knowing the French they will shun daft 'elf n safety regs and restore it properly rather than rebuild. Well I sincerely hope they do.
