By lying, in a sordid attempt to discredit Israel, which, in case you don't know is the Jewish state, and like most of the Labour party, giving tacit support to Hamas which is dedicated to kill all Jews and wipe Israel off the face of the Earth.

It would be fair to say the tweet was a genuine mistake (if it was).or it would’ve fair to say it was a deliberate falsehood (if it was).
But to call it anti Semitic is clearly incorrect.
If a foreign army has been found guilty of atrocities then they are fair game. The fact that the allegation was false is just clumsy and lazy. There is lots of real cases of abuse against the IDF, so there is no need to make stuff up.
