I see nothing funny about trying to embarass and shame our Royal Family as well as all the decent people of this country. Those of us who would like to see our country benefit in the future with our special friendship. We honour the office of President of the United States not the holder of that office.
I am sick to death of all the emphasis on what a person did ten, twenty, thirty years ago.
As a nation we don't have to kowtow to Donald Trump but we do need to treat him with respect. I hope that we don't have a repeat of the childish ,stupid flying balloons again.
As for not being allowed to address Parliament. What Parliament??
He would probably make a refreshing change from the hypocritical lot we have at the moment.
I’m sure Mr Trump will try hard not to do that retro, but if you can’t smile and laugh what is this short life worth ;-)
Quite agree andres.
It appears that a larger blimp is being prepared.
All the ineffective trot mayor need do is ban it.
Life is worth nothing with out a smile and a laugh along the way Ichk..
^^^I wish he would ban it but I doubt that he will.

/// As you have told us all countless times, just because you live somewhere doesn’t make you that nationality!! ///

Oh so those who come to our shores from foreign lands are never 'British'?

/// What’s has my answers on an entirely different subject have to do with this? ///

Perhaps you should have considered the same when you tried to turn what was an English matter into a UK matter?

/// Is this just another attempt to belittle me? Because if it is it’s not working, ///

I do not wish to belittle you, but if that is what you think, then I am obviously having a bigger success than I imagined.

And even though you deny it, it is obvious that it is working.

Now shall we get back on track?
//Perhaps you should have considered the same when you tried to turn what was an English matter into a UK matter? //

I've got chilled lager.

Wonder if he will shake hands with fellow americans like BORIS ?.
He would even shake hands with you Gulliver so Boris is ok.

How American is Boris then?
Sorry AOG, I am afraid I am unsure why you dragged it up here then?
Also if the thread was removed how do you still have my response.
Mobutu Sese Seko 1978
Mugabe 1994
Assad 2002
Putin 2003

And there are people who think Trump deserves the same or worse reception or banned completely that the above.

People have no idea.
Rockrose's reply quoted by AOG earlier, is on a thread entitled 'Ashamed of my Country' started by Guilbert53 - 5th September 2018. (page 1)

It is not removed or closed.

Perhaps you can get back on subject.

You could add Menachen Begin and Nelson Mandela to that list of undesirables. Both terrorists. Bet Lammy didn't gob off when Mandela came here.
