If we must, allow one appeal against deportation, and if that fails off they go. I would actually advocate that a deportation decision is not subject to any judicial review and once the Home Secretary has decided they go that's it. If necessary via military transport aircraft with no nosey snowflake fellow travellers to interfere or interevene - but I know sadly it will never happen.
With you on that Gladeian.
How should we send them back? Well iff they agree to not kick off then I have no problem with them going on a commercial flight with some 'comforts'. However kick off or dont agree then off the plane and straight to an RAF base and stuck in the hold of some plane.
I suspect most would not kick off.

A very close colleague of mine (ex rugby player) ws a Immigration deportation escort officer. He went all over the world travelling in commercial aircraft. He never had much trouble with his deportees kicking off.He generally fascillitated them to a long sleep should they start.
He gave up the job eventually as it interfered with his family life and he noticed that a lot of tin pot third world destinations didn't wan't their scum back and refused to accept them. He was threatened himself if he didn't return to the UK with his charge on the next vailable return flight.
