So we have to assess whether London’s murder rate is excessively higher than other cities.
In the list of cities by murder rate, London does not even feature in the top 50.

Although I did think ZM was taking the mickey I just want to point out that hoodies were banned in a lot of shopping centres as long ago as 2006. Our local antiques market also bans any form of head covering .
