/// They are being represented by Tasnime Akunjee, the same lawyer who supported Jihadi bride Shamima Begum's family after she left her east London home to join ISIS in Syria. ///
I wonder if the boy's family are funding this court case or is it being left up to the good old British taxpayer once again?

If people can get the money they can try to sue whomsoever they like, and then it's heard, so what exactly is the problem, other than some people are affronted by the fact that other people take massive objection to Tommy Robinson, what he does and what he has to say and have decided to go via the courts to try to hold him to account for that.
I would have said that that was all very civilised tbh.

Good grief Danny no it does not. It's perfectly acceptable to debate within the debate about who said what to whom and how they meant it when it directly relates to the OP, which is what Naomi and I were doing.
There is no reason for other members to constantly act like the AB police and tell off other users, we have mods for that.

I don't know if Danny is a mod or not but I'll happily take your word for it that he is, but I still think the site is over policed as it is and people in the capacity of members don't need to be telling other members what they may or may not discuss within Site Rules. Our exchange was plainly pertinent to the OP and I'll stand by it.
