So once again it's Britain's fault is it? Surely her family should be held responsible for what their child turned out to be.

In my opinion it is both the parents and the country fault.
I will now sit back and await the derision and name calling to begin.
It's human nature to make someone, or something, the reason for the ills that befall us - if you can make it someone else's fault, that saves you the responsibility of owning up that it is, to a greater or lesser degree, your own fault.
Rockrose--- How is it Britain's fault?
great I just knew it would be our fault!
yes RR, do explain how this can possibly be our fault.
I Blame the Parents.
You seem surprised! Did you expect them to say that it was her fault for going out of her way to access information or her parents's fault for failing to monitor her online presence? Stand by for huge payouts becuase of her 'grooming', aka thickness and conscious acquiescence.
If this is such a terrible ,blameworthy country, complicit in their daughters treachery then best they all pack their bags and 'off' back to Bangla or whatever glorious idyll they crawled away from.
Yup see the derision has started already.

She was a child, I believe she was radicallised online, should our youngsters not be safe from such activities?
Blame anyone than herself. Typical bleeding heart legal argument. Only looking for the £signs.
please note what I actually SAID
//In my opinion it is both the parents and the country fault.//

Try though I have, I can't find any sympathy for this deluded person. Blaming the U K is beyond pathetic. Is there supposed to be a social worker in every home?
//She was a child, I believe she was radicallised online,//
Who gave a child access to get on line? I don't think the UK have got round to handing out computers or Iphones yet. Are there not parental locks. Should we black out all news coverage of Syria and Daesh activities.
the parents, the uk, social media, shamima ... isis appear to have got away with this one
11.05 " Off " ? .
the four letter word preceding 'off' would have been censored
Wot 'Pack' ? :-)
sorry, 'pack' never occurred to me :-)
Lol. Me neither to be truthful.
Of course aog, it's ALWAYS Britain's fault. We get blamed for everything and usually capitulate in the end, because basically the powers that be and the authorities have no backbone whatsoever. Makes me sick.
