Mr. Amin seems to have forgotten that many people made up their minds to vote 'Leave' in the referendum because Pres. Obama, amongst others shipped in to tell us to be good, told us we would be silly to vote to Leave and issued a threat to put us to the back of the queue if we did. We don't take that sort of attitude kindly and, right now, I will vote for Boris even if he...

Well if he compares Boris Johnson to Hitler, then he is also comparing Boris Johnson's supporters to the German people who supported Her Hitler.

He has a point on his morals. He is a cheat and a cad.
// Boris wed first wife Allegra Mostyn-Owen in 1987 after they met at Oxford, but split when he had an affair with Marina Wheeler.
She married him in 1993, but first caught him out over his relationship with society writer Petronella Wyatt.
He had a four-year affair with “Petsy”, daughter of the late Labour grandee Lord Wyatt, while he was editor of The Spectator and she was one of his columnists.
Petronella later told how she had an abortion and suffered a miscarriage.
But he was forced to quit as shadow arts minister and party vice-chairman in 2004 by then-Tory leader Michael Howard for failing to tell the whole truth about the affair.
Howard’s officials said the issue was one of “personal morality”.
However, his affairs did not end there. Pals said the Petsy affair overlapped with his romance with Anna Fazackerley, a journalist on the Times Educational Supplement.
The pair were said to have had sex while he was a junior shadow education minister in 2005. On one occasion Boris got off a flight home from China to hook up with Ms Fazackerley in Paris.
But his unlikely love life blew up again when he fathered a lovechild with arts consultant Helen Macintyre in 2009.
Marina chucked him out again – only to take him back once more. Full details of the affair emerged in court after Ms Macintyre lost a three-year legal battle to stop the Press naming Boris as the father of her daughter Stephanie.
Lawyers for the Daily Mail argued it was in the public interest because it “went to the issue of recklessness and whether on that account he was fit for public office”.
The Appeal Court also heard in 2013 that Ms Macintyre’s daughter was alleged to be the second child conceived as a result of Boris’s extra-marital affairs.
One ex described his romancing style as “persistent”. //

Whilst Mr Amin may not be directly comparing the two he raises the association when he says that BJ may be selected in the same way as Hitler (because he is popular). He seems to fail to understand that elections frequently result in a popular candidate being chosen. Perhaps in Mr Amin's culture only the "chosen" are elected in which case his departure from the Conservative Party will be no great loss.
When you throw terms such as racist, homophobic fascist, Hitlerite and all thing bad about when it’s simply unwarranted and used as a stick to beat your opponents you lose the argument and Lose the meaning of your words because people will not suddenly go... oh yes I must be a fascist or Nazi so I must change my thinking to the people attacking me.
They look at the traditional meaning of those words, look at what they are doing or saying and realise that actually they are not those things. They then rail against every time these words are said and eventually the real fascists and Nazis etc surge because they go unchecked.
The left love to label the right (not forgetting anything right of far left is right) as far right. It is either because they know they are lying for political ends or are ill informed.
Either way they should be ignored.

It was not I that made that ridiculous and quite racist and offensive comparison between Boris Johnson and Hitler.
Boris Johnson's supporters support Boris because of his policies.
Nothing to do with Hitler or even his supporting German people, which incidentally due to today's PC and fears of accusations of racism, we can no longer blame the German people, only the Nazis.
If anyone doubts that it was only Nazis who supported Hitler, should view the crowds of German people who took to the streets in adoration and celebration on Hitler's return from his visit to the then German occupied Paris.

"It was not I that made that ridiculous and quite racist and offensive comparison between Boris Johnson and Hitler." No-one said you had.
However, you did say, "Chair Of Conservative Muslim Forum Compares Boris Johnson To Hitler."
"And Boris Johnson's supporters as supporters of Hitler, it would seem."
"Well if he compares Boris Johnson to Hitler, then he is also comparing Boris Johnson's supporters to the German people who supported Her Hitler."
You are the one who said Boris' supporters are being compared to Hitler's supporters. Has anyone, other than you, reached that bizarre conclusion?
