The BBC are well past their sell by date, they should be completely scrapped and rethunked. IMO.

The climate change question just had to come from a teenage girl who was never going to be satisfied with their answers, didn’t it?
Then we had Mrs emotional to tug at the heartstrings because she is soooo worried about her family.
And didn’t you just get a nice warm fuzzy feeling when they all linked arms around the camp fire and agreed to look into Islamophobia?
The BBC missed a trick when they didn’t have a question about the LGT(don’t know what the other letters are) “community.”

These PM leadership debates are a complete waste of everybody's time.
If the BBC & co are not prepared to stage a meaningful and controlled debate then it is an inane exercise.
This one was poorly hosted, which merely accentuates the dire theatre that is played out.
Boris Johnson used the word 'cacophany' for his no-show in Round 1. After last night's show, his fears were well-founded.
If something is worth doing, it is worth doing well. However, if the plot is flawed then the result is a debacle.
The BBC ought to be doing much better and if they can't produce a biddable formula then they may as well throw in the towel.
It's as if the host and contenders are in their own ego bubble and forget that they are meant to be convincing the viewers that they are the fittest person to govern...

Why couldn't this show have been staged on a Question Time basis, instead of the politicians being perched uncomfortably, as they were on bar stools?
Much better for the general public to fire the politicians with their questions, rather than specially selected BBC guests.
Why invite on that Islamic Imam if it wasn't specially to target Boris?
All the politicians should have grown a backbone and instead of promising him to target the rise in Islamophobia, should have explained to him the reason why there is a rise, pointing out Islam's track record in acts of terrorism and other vile crimes in Islam's quest for world domination. Maybe Islam should first put their act in order?

It's OK to be anti- Semitic and wishing the death of every Jew on the planet (BTW there's only 14 million of them in total) Standing there bearded in your nightie and wearing a silly hat, but what no one must ever do (literally on pain of death) is utter one word against his vicious and primitive Islamic religion.
I'm so pleased he's been found out and dealt with, and shame on the BBC for ever bringing him on to what was supposed to be an important debate, but was in fact an utter shambles.
