I never liked him, I thought he was a crude obnoxious yob promoted above his abilities, and I abhorred the Labour Party's attitude to his bad behaviour and pointless nonsense as 'John being John … ' which he was - a nasty uneducated crude obnoxious yob.
That said, I would never wish any harm to anyone and I hope he recovers.
