He is not 'stupid'. He knows exactly what his intentions are and he couldn't care less how he achieves his goals even if that means that he rides roughshod over due process.

This poster pretends that TR was preventing a successful prosecution for gang rape by prejudicial reporting.

I use latin which is widely accepted as part of everyday writing. There's a big difference between this and writing whole sentences to try and impress people.
