I don't know whether any of you have heard on the news today that Scotland now has the biggest drugs problem in Europe . Glasgow in particular. It is reaching epidemic levels and the Scottish government are asking Westminster for urgent help. Not long ago Glasgow was hailed as the city that had overcome its knife/gun problem.
